However, you do NOT need to build the morphs for the body mesh and clothing items in order for the system to work. If you wish to have clothing affected as well, you will need to batch build all of your clothing and armor items with the BUILD MORPHS checkbox enabled as well. In order for you to see body (and clothing) alterations on pregnant NPCs (or the player), you will need to build the female body in CBBE with the BUILD MORPHS checkbox enabled. Pregnancy body alterations use the CBBE body and slider names. This system does not feature animations nor does it allow for anything other than adult human females to carry and deliver babies. It does not interface with AAF, and as such, neither derives its function on it and in fact, if Family Planning Enhanced is found to be installed, CAP will shut the pregnancy system down so as to prevent conflicts. I apologize if it is not what you intended for a pregnancy and baby setup.Note: The pregnancy system requires mature content to be enabled. All of these work together if you set them up correctly and should be a fairly immersive setup. It also adds immersive eating debuffs, bathroom needs, and much more.
You could top if all off with Advanced Needs 2 from the Nexus, with its optional download called Expansion 3 which adds referencing to AAF. The mod Sex Attributes gives your character an arousal meter with debuffs giving incentive to engage in sexual activities. You can do RSE 2 Brothels if you want them in your settlement as well. You will also need a mod like AAF Sex 'Em Up if you want to flirt and have a way to engage your character in sex and get pregnant. And either Body Talk 3 or EVB Body replacer for men made with morphs in bodyslide. If you want breast physics you will need CBBE physics body or CBBE reduced physics body made with morphs in bodyslide. You will need CBBE or Fusion Girl body replacers if you want to see pregnancy morphs or naked body parts. Plus the Leito/Crazy patch for AAF to allow AAF to reference the animations from Leito/Crazy animations mod. You then need animation packs, such as Leito Animations or Crazy Animations for AAF to play. You will need the Advanced Animation Framework (AAF) if you want to have animations available. You can set the time for pregnancy and infant to adulthood in the Mod Configuration Menu.
For people to get pregnant you will need a mod like RSE 2: Random Shenanigans, so people will engage in intercourse and later have babies. To get realistic periods with morning sickness get RSE 2: Reproductive Effects. Grab Wastelanders Dairy for breastfeeding and breeding. Go to Lovers Lab and grab Family Planning Enhanced for pregnancies and babies. This might be a tad much or beyond what you are asking for.but here goes.
